However, as in all accommodations in Greece, a small government accommodation tax applies – this is charged per room, per night, according to Greek law, and is paid upon check-in or check-out.
Other than that, all listed prices include VAT and standard services (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, pool access, etc.). Any optional extras – such as laundry service, transfers, or special requests – are clearly stated and charged only upon request.
There’s no need to print a receipt – Saraya Resort accepts digital confirmations.
You can simply show your booking confirmation on your phone or tablet upon check-in. The reception staff will verify your reservation details electronically.
If you prefer, you may print the confirmation for your own convenience, but it’s not required.
For a private company group booking at Saraya Resort, the cost depends on several factors – such as the number of rooms required, dates of stay, duration, and any extra services (catering, conference space, transfers).

At Saraya Resort, the refund policy depends on the type of booking and rate plan you choose:
Flexible Rate: You can usually cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to a certain number of days before arrival (commonly 7–14 days). If you cancel after that period or fail to show up, the first night’s stay (or full amount, depending on the booking) may be charged.
Non-Refundable Rate: These bookings are offered at a discounted price and cannot be refunded in case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure.

No, Saraya Resort does not offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, since hotel stays are service-based reservations tied to specific dates.
However, if you’ve booked under a flexible cancellation policy, you can cancel within the allowed timeframe (usually 7-14 days before arrival) and receive a full refund.
If you booked a non-refundable rate, refunds aren’t possible – though the resort may, at its discretion, offer a date change or credit, depending on availability and reason for cancellation.
