Please request the cancellation terms that apply to your selected dates, room and rate. The hotel must confirm deposit requirements, payment deadlines, cancellation fees, no-show conditions and refund conditions in writing before you confirm your reservation.
Reservation enquiries
Submitting an enquiry on this website does not confirm a booking and does not take a payment. The hotel will respond with availability and the applicable rate and conditions.
Existing reservations
Refer to the conditions supplied with your reservation confirmation. If you booked through another provider, contact that provider or the hotel to confirm which conditions apply.
